So yesterday was the first weigh in. Sorry for not posting yesterday, but it is never too late to catch up. I lost 1.5% (weight lost / original weight) which is a little short of my 2% goal, but not bad. I just need to push a little harder this week. It was enough to pull out a victory at the office, although this next week will be tough. So chime in and let us know how you did!
I lost 2.33%. I have to say that I had a bad stomach thing, that cleaned me out real good and so this may be unrealistic but hey its what the scale said so I am going with it. 126. hurrah for me.
ReplyDeleteok, i haven't had ice cream at all this week (rebekah left it out and melted it, and i vowed not to buy anymore) and very little of anything that could be considered a treat. sadly, there is not one ounce of change on the stupid scale. maybe it's broken??
